Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

All orders are fulfilled from Japan.

Orders typically ship within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays.

During limited releases and high-volume periods, dispatch times may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

 


 

2. Order Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided via email after shipment.

Please note:

  • Delivery dates are estimates only.

  • Overseas shipments may experience additional delays.

  • Tracking updates may become less frequent once the parcel is transferred to a local carrier in the destination country.

If you believe your shipment is lost, please contact us with your order number (#ICxxxxxx) after allowing reasonable transit time.

We are unable to investigate shipments more than 45 days after the shipping date, as tracking information is no longer available beyond that timeframe.

 


 

3. Shipping Within Japan

Domestic orders are shipped via Sagawa.

Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days from the shipping date.

 


 

4. International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Sagawa and their international partners (typically UPS).

Transit times vary by country.

Customs clearance times may vary and can take 7–21 business days or longer, depending on the destination country.

International shipments do not have guaranteed delivery times.

We do not ship to:

  • APO/FPO/AP addresses

  • PO Boxes

We ship to countries available at checkout.

 


 

6. Duties & Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside Japan may incur import duties, VAT, or customs fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not cover customs duties or related charges.

Customs processing times are beyond our control and may cause additional delays.

If you have questions regarding duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office.

 


 

7. Orders Lost in Transit or Marked Delivered

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package:

  • Contact your local carrier immediately.

  • Check with neighbors or building management.

If you have requested delivery without signature confirmation, you are not eligible for reimbursement if the package is lost after delivery.

Once a parcel reaches the destination country and is transferred to the local carrier, responsibility for final delivery rests with the carrier.

Lost shipment claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

8. Package Theft

If you suspect theft after delivery, you must contact your local postal service or carrier.

We are unable to reimburse orders confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

 


 

9. Orders Returned to Sender

Common reasons for return:

  • Incorrect or insufficient address

  • Uncollected parcel

  • Delivery attempt failure

If a parcel is not returned to us, we are unable to recoup the cost or issue a refund.

If the parcel is successfully returned to us undamaged, we will contact you regarding reshipping costs.

Reshipping is available only for domestic (Japan) orders.

We are unable to investigate shipments after 45 days from the shipping date.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and ensuring they are available to receive their package.

 


 

10. Address Errors & Updates

If your order has not yet shipped, we may attempt to correct an address error. Contact us immediately and mark your message “URGENT.”

We cannot guarantee address changes before dispatch.

Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.

 


 

11. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on item, destination, and shipping method.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 


 

12. Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order items will ship once the item becomes available.

Estimated timeframes are listed on the product page and may vary.

If you require immediate shipment of in-stock items, please place a separate order.

 


 

13. Returns & Order Changes

All sales are final except for defective items.

We do not allow cancellations, modifications, or additions once payment has been processed.
