Refund policy

 

1. All Sales are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, incorrect, or missing.

 


 

2. Order Cancellations & Changes

Once payment has been processed, orders cannot be:

  • Canceled

  • Changed

  • Modified

  • Combined with other orders

  • Added to

During limited releases and high-volume periods, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.

 


 

3. Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please email:

support@invasion.club

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)

Failure to contact us within 14 days of delivery may result in store credit being offered instead of a refund or replacement.

 


 

4. Defective Items

If an item is confirmed to be defective:

  • We will provide a replacement, or

  • If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

Invasion Club reserves the right to determine what qualifies as a defective product.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Cosmetic variations or minor imperfections that do not impact wearability or usability may not be considered defects.

In cases of minor cosmetic faults, we may offer partial store credit at our discretion.

 


 

5. Sale Items

Refunds for sale items are only accepted if the item is confirmed to be defective.

 


 

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, including for clothing sizing.
