Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from Japan.
Processing typically takes 3–7 business days. During limited releases or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Package Theft
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package:

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds
All sales are final except for defective items. We accept returns on eligible items within the stated return window.
Limited releases, final sale items, and certain products may not be eligible for return.

There is no universal apparel sizing standard. To find the best fit, we recommend measuring garments you already own and comparing them to our size charts.
Measuring Guide
To ensure the best fit, measure a garment you already own and compare it to our size chart.
Shirts
Length
Lay your shirt flat. Measure from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.
½ Chest
Lay the shirt flat. Measure across from one armpit to the other.
Jumpers, Hoodies, Sweaters
Chest
Lay flat. Measure from one shoulder seam across to the other.
Center Back
Measure from under the hood or collar seam down to the bottom hem.
Bottoms
Waist
Measure around the waistband of your pants, or around your own waist at the height you prefer.
Length
Measure from the top of the waistband to where you want the cuffs to sit.
Tips

Always measure a garment you are comfortable wearing.

Restock / Out of Stock Items
Many items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

We occasionally restock certain items if demand allows.
