ORDER TRACKING and SHIPPING TIMES
- Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link.
- Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Tracking numbers are provided via email after shipment.
- Delivery dates are estimates and subject to delays.
- Overseas orders may face additional delays.
- Tracking updates may become less frequent once handed to local carriers.
- Please understand that your country’s customs delays are beyond our control.
- Contact us for lost shipments after a few weeks with order number (#ICxxxxxx).
SHIPPING FOR LOCAL (JAPAN) ORDERS
- Standard shipping via Sagawa.
- Delivery within 2-3 business days from shipping date.
SHIPPING FOR INTERNATIONAL (OUTSIDE JAPAN) ORDERS
- We ship worldwide to countries listed below.
- Standard international orders via UPS.
- Transit times vary by country.
- Customs clearance times vary (5-20 business days).
- Lost shipments are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to APO/FPO/AP and PO boxes.

ORDERS LOST IN TRANSIT OR MISDELIVERED
- If your order has reached the destination country and you’re concerned it’s been lost, please first get in touch with your local postal service (for orders sent with standard shipping) or UPS (for orders sent with international shipping). They’re responsible for the final delivery, so they’ll have the best information for you.
- If they have no specific information for you, please contact us and we will investigate it for you.
- Please note that it may take us a few days to reply.
Note:
- Unfortunately we’re not able to investigate parcels that were shipped after 45 days as tracking information is no longer available after this timeframe.
- If you have asked for your order to be left without a signature, unfortunately you’re not eligible for reimbursement if your order is lost upon delivery.
PACKAGE THEFT
- If you suspect your order has been stolen once it's been marked as delivered, you will need to inquire with your local postal service or carrier.
- They may or may not reimburse you for your package cost.
- Unfortunately we're unable to reimburse you for your order, as the local carrier and customer are responsible for the final delivery once a parcel reaches the destination country.
ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
- Common reasons: Incorrect or insufficient address, no one home, or parcel uncollected from the post office.
- NIf it is not returned to us, there is nothing we can do to recoup the cost of the order nor can we issue a refund.
- Please track your package and be ready to receive it when it arrives!
- Unfortunately we’re not able to investigate parcels after 45 days from the shipping date, as tracking information is no longer available after this timeframe.
- Reshipping only for orders within Japan.
- If the order can be returned to us undamaged, once your order makes it back to us we'll get in touch to confirm the shipping cost for redelivery.
SHIPPING COSTS
- Varies based on item, country/zone, and shipping service.
- You can get a quick shipping & handling estimate by putting the items in your cart, then supplying some address information and clicking on “Continue to Shipping”. Your shipping options will be displayed on the “Shipping” page.
DUTIES and CUSTOM FEES
- Orders outside Japan may incur duties and taxes.
- We do not cover these costs.
- Unfortunately it is very difficult to estimate duties and taxes imposed by your local government.
- If you have any questions, please contact your local officials. International shipments do not have a guaranteed delivery time.
PREORDER ITEMS
- Orders containing preorder items will ship when the item is available.
- Timeframes for pre-orders vary; please check product descriptions.
- Separate orders are recommended for immediate shipping of non-preorder items.
- If your pre-order is pending after the shipping date and you would like to know the status of your order, please feel free to contact us.

CURRENCY CONVERTER
- Currency is determined automatically by your country.
- Change the currency in the upper section’s drop down menu.
RETURNS, CANCELLING, OR CHANGING ORDERS
- All sales are FINAL, except for defective items.
- Refunds are only accepted on sale items if they are deemed to be defective.
- We cannot exchange clothing items once they are received.
- NWe cannot cancel, change, or add to order contents once payment has been processed.
- Any returns for refund due to defect must be made within 21 days from the ship date.
- Before sending anything back, please contact us with your order #
MISSING, WRONG, or FAULTY ITEMS
- If there’s a problem with any items in your order, please contact us with your order number and pictures of the incorrect item or fault.
- If an item is missing, incorrect, or unusable due to a defect, we'll send you a replacement or provide a refund if the item is out of stock.
- If an item has a cosmetic fault that doesn't impact its wearability or usability, we'll provide you with a partial store credit
- We allow a 21 day window from when your order was delivered for you to contact us with your order number and pictures of the problem.
- If you contact us after that, we can offer store credit to the value of the item instead of a refund or replacement.
- Invasion Club reserves all rights to qualify what constitutes defective products.
- If the product does not fit our standards of "defective", you may return it for a refund at your own cost.
MISTAKEN OR WRONG ADDRESS, UPDATING AN ADDRESS
- If your order has not shipped out yet, we can attempt to fix your shipping address if you entered it incorrectly, although we can not guarantee it.
- Contact us immediately with the updated information if the order hasn't yet shipped. (Mark 'URGENT' in the subject.)
- Address changes are not possible once orders have been fulfilled and shipped.
SIZING
- Sizing charts are on each product page, and displayed in centimeters.
- Please check the sizing chart carefully before you place your order!
- Unfortunately there simply isn't a universal standard for apparel sizing and we definitely don't want you to end up with something that doesn't fit.
- The best way to find the closest fit is to measure some clothes you already own and compare this with our size charts to find the closest match.
MEASURING GUIDE FOR SHIRTS AND TOPS
- Shirts:
- Length: Lay your favorite shirt flat. Measure from the top of the collar to the bottom hem.
- ½ Chest: Place the shirt flat. Measure across from one armpit to the other.
- Jumpers, Hoodies, and Sweaters:
- Chest: Lay your garment flat. Measure from one shoulder seam across to the other.
- Center Back: Measure from under the hood or collar seam down to the bottom hem.
- Bottoms
- Waist: Measure all the way around the waistband of your pants, or around your own waist at the height you’d like your new pants to sit.
- Length: Measure from the top of your waistband all the way down to where you’d like the cuffs of your new pants to sit.
- Tips:
- Always measure a garment you are comfortable wearing.
- Compare these measurements with our size charts on each product page.
RESTOCK / OUT OF STOCK
- If there’s a specific item you’re waiting for or hope that we restock, please reach out to us!!
- We don’t always know exactly when certain products are coming back, but we do occasionally restock if there is enough demand!
- If our site states that the product was a preorder, special collaboration or limited edition item, or if you can’t find the product on our site anymore, it is unfortunately very unlikely that we will ever restock it.
